Carol Mason has a passion for marketing and promotions and will take the time to get to know and share your vision. Carol is an expert in the industry with more than 30 years of media, promotional and public relations experience. She started her career in radio advertising and went on to open her own successful advertising, promotional products and commercial print business. She has done several winning political advertising campaigns and was recognized by Promo Marketing, Corporate Logo and Advantages Magazine for expertise in political advertising. Carol Mason works diligently to provide clients with innovative solutions and quality products.
Carol is active in her community and a member of the Rotary Club of West Reading- Wyomissing where she has served as a member of the board and is a Paul Harris Fellow. She has served as a Board Member for Berks Crime Victims Center and was a temporary executive assistant to Berks County Commissioner Kevin Barnhardt.

Sales Consultant
Dale recently joined RTC Direct Mailing with over 40 years of printing experience. He brings with him knowledge in all phases of printing, both digital and offset, from pre-press through the bindery and mailing. He is instrumental in helping clients achieve the highest-quality piece at a price that fits their budget. He has held many positions throughout his career, including Production Manager, Estimator, and Account Manager all while developing a strong following of contacts.
Dale spends most of his spare time riding a bicycle, spending time with his wife, Bonnie, his two children and four grandchildren. He also enjoys helping out wherever he is needed at his church. Dale looks forward to assisting you with all of your printing and mailing projects!
Sales Consultant
Terri brings twenty years of advertising and marketing experience to RTC Direct Mailing. She has worked with clients in Berks and beyond with their radio and TV advertising. In addition, she was marketing director for a regional company with 9 locations, and she also managed marketing strategies for a variety of companies in Berks and Lehigh Valley while working at an advertising agency.
Terri is active in a variety of community organizations, including the United Way of Berks County, the Rotary Club of West Reading / Wyomissing, Opportunity House and People First. She is also the founder of Bridge 2 Better, an educational series dedicated to empowering women going through divorce and helping them make better decisions by connecting them with local experts and resources. She also enjoys being active in the Chamber of Commerce and her church.
